Fantasy Suite can be played as a complete suite, or you can play individual movements. It can also serve as a basis for dramatization, allowing the order of the movements to be rearranged or parts of a movement to be played to fit a storyline.
In this musical style, there are many accidentals. I chose to prioritize educational clarity over music theory correctness. For example, I use B instead of Cb, and F# instead of Gb. If there was an Ab previously, it remains Ab in the next measure even if it should be a G#. I have tried to consider which accidentals are commonly taught in beginning tutur books.
Part 3 has some extreme registers in relation to the difficulty level in a few places. I have included some alternatives, but you are of course free to make adjustments based on the musicians in your band.
I have included some rests, but there could be more. If you have a larger ensemble, you may want to thin out certain sections or vary the instrumentation in different parts. This will create nice variations.
There are originally three percussion parts, but if you have more percussionists, please feel free to double some of the rhythms.
Good luck with Fantasy Suite!
