How do I fix video buffering?
Buffer issues are usually network-related. Restart your router, reduce network traffic, or move the device closer to the WiFi source.
Video is in sync
If video and audio is out of sync please check your network or update your device to the latest version.

No sound
To fix no sound, check that your device is not muted and volume is up (media and system), disconnect Bluetooth, turn off “Do Not Disturb,” and restart your device. Ensure apps aren’t muted internally, check physical speaker/headphone connections, and update software to clear temporary bugs.
