At Learn Your Part, we mainly offer digital products and services. Because digital content is delivered instantly, special return and refund terms apply.
When you purchase and receive access to a digital product, downloadable file, or other online content from Learn Your Part, the purchase is generally non-refundable once delivery or access has started.
This applies because digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical items.
Exceptions
You may still contact us if:
- you were charged more than once by mistake
- you did not receive access to the product you purchased
- the product is technically faulty and we are unable to resolve the issue
- a refund is required under applicable consumer law
If any of the above applies, please email us with your order details and a short description of the issue.
Physical products
If Learn Your Part offers physical products, standard return rights may apply in accordance with local consumer laws. Items must normally be returned unused and in their original condition, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refund process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.
